Abstract

Cucumber, Cucumis sativus, L. is the second important vegetable crop after tomato, Cucumber is used as a salad crop or pickling crop. Thus, the main objectives of this study were to determine the efficiency of two mating designs in estimating the different genetic parameters. The first mating design was the complete diallel crosses system, while the second was the factorial mating design.
