It is possible to entailed the problem definition in main next question What is the most important educational requirements for the activation of the use of the Internet to university students in Port Said governorate ?. from the previous questions there are a subsidiary questions will be entailed 1- What is the conceptual view of internet and what is the most important services of internet ? 2- What is the most important disadvantages of the Internet use at the university students? 3 - What is the suggested imagination to activate of the use of the Internet at the university students ? Research Targets Despite what the Internet enjoys advantages, and what positive it achieves nevertheless it may succeed negative effects, This study provides information about the Internet i.e. establishing ,developing and services .in addition this study aims to investigate the following : 1- Explaining the internet concepts and its services 2- Aware about advantages and disadvantages and get its benefits and avoid disadvantages . Research Results 1- (% 52.8) of students are using internet. 2- (% 47.2 ) of students do not use internet. 3- (%57.63 ) of students do not have a computer . 4- ( %39.83 ) of the students do not have the internet using skills.
