Identifying material and human resources of youth centers, investigating the nature of relationship of the factors that help in facing youth centers for youth problems, identifying the means differences between developed youth centers and non-developed youth centers and identifying social problems that face youth in El-Taweela and El-Reyad centers and set some proposals which contribute to activating the role of youth centers.
To achieve those goals it has been conducted this study with 114 Rural Youth Center as a random sample distributed geographically within the province of Dakahlia Governorate from 456 rural Youth Center in Dakahlia, where the application form was a special questionnaire Organization, were also selected two rural youth centers El-Reyad Youth Center and the other El-Taweela Youth Center for the application form questionnaire special organs, were identified from the research community youth aged (15-35 years) by 204 member of El-Reyad Youth Center, and by 125 member of El-Tweela Youth Center.
It has been used in the analysis of data replications, percentages, arithmetic average, the average weighted arithmetic, simple linear regression, multi-linear regression and T test.
The study found a number of conclusions from the results were as follows:
1.Significant relationship between material possibilities, the programs and activities and sufficiency range of supervisors’ number and between achieving youth centers to its goals. Also, significant relationship between the programs and activities of youth centers and between the degree of facing problems by youth centers.
2.There was significant differences between the developed and non-developed youth centers with respect to the arts and crafts program, the camps and flights program, cultural and scientific program, religious education, political education and program of economic education.
3.There was significant differences between the developed and non-developed youth centers with respect to facilities and possibilities, devices, the stadiums and the exercise by females to males ratio.
4.There was significant differences between El-Taweela Youth Centre and El-Riyadh Youth Center with respect to the degree of facing to social problems, economic problems, healthy problems, political problems, educational problems, and the achievement of objectives.
5.Religious problems were the top problems in the degree of facing by youth centers and social problems then health problems then the political problems then educational problems and finally economic problems.
6.It cleared that, the more problems faced by El-Taweela Youth Center from the viewpoint of members was a group of religious problems, followed by a set of social problems, then health problems, and finally political problems. And, the Centre does not provide any activities to confront the problems of economic and educational problems.
7.It cleared that more problems faced by the Youth Center of El-Reyad from the viewpoint of members of the problems was a group of religious, then social problems, then health problems, followed by educational problems, then economic problems, and finally political problems.
