Abstract Part I : Prevelance of some food poisoning microorganisms in meat products: Recovery of Salmonellae, Staph, aurous, E. Coli, CL. Perfringens and B. cereus from a total number of 100 random samples of different types of meat products were evaluated. The collected samples were 25 from each of minced meat, luncheon, hamburger and sausage. These samples were collected from different shops and supermarkets located in different areas of Assiut city. |
