Abstract
1.Primary isolation of organisms belonging to the order mycoplasmatales was tried from trachea, cloaca, oral cavity and respratory tissues (lungs, trachea and airsacs)of ducklings and ducks of white pekin ducks of different ages and sex. 2. A total of 104 mycoplasma isolates beside 79 acholeplasma isolates were isolated from a total of 360 samples. 3. According to cultural, biochemical and serological examinations M.anatis (50.8%), A.laidlawii (19.1%), A.axanthum (13.7%) beside a number of unidentified strains (16.4%) were reported.
