Sample of the study: The sample of the study, total number of evaluated theses were (157): (93) master and (64) doctoral divided as follows: -Theses sample from Faculty of Education, Mansoura University: (75) theses: (42) master and (33) doctoral. -Theses sample from Faculty of Education, Alexandria University: (42) theses: (26) master and (16) doctoral. -Theses sample from Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University: (40) theses: (25) master and (15) doctoral. Hypotheses of the study 1-There is variance in researchers’ use of tests and preliminary, intermediate and advanced statistical techniques in Granted Masters and Doctorals in faculties of education (Universities of Mansoura, Alexandria and Ain Shams). 2-There are statistical differences mistakes made by Students as they use statistical techniques in Granted Masters and Doctorals in faculties of education (Universities of Mansoura, Alexandria and Ain Shams). 3- There are no differences in statistical mistakes between The students of Granted Masters and Those of doctoral degree in faculties of education (Universities of Mansoura, Alexandria and Ain Shams)”. 4-There is no variance between master and doctoral researchers in verifying conditions of using statistical techniques in faculties of education (subject of the current study). 5-There is no variance between master and doctoral researchers in using statistical treatments in psychological researches granted in faculties of education (subject of the current study) during the periods (1985 to 1991), (1992 to 1998), and (1999 to 2005). Results of the Study The current study got the following results” 1-Preliminary techniques are the less used by students at the three faculties. Intermediate statistical techniques were the most used by students at the three faculties. Although the use of advanced statistical techniques was low,. 2-There are mistakes made by researchers as they use various statistical techniques 3-Mistakes done by master students are greater than doctoral ones when using various statistical techniques at the three faculties There are statistically significant differences between master and doctoral students in not verifying conditions of using statistical techniques. 4-This means that the intermediate statistical techniques were the most used statistical techniques by researchers at the three faculties (subject of the current study) during the three successive periods
