Abstract
To evaluate the effects of fertilization with nitrogen, potassium as macro elements and boron, manganese as micro nutrients and their several combinations on sugar beet/variety Tribel. Two field experiments were conducted at Sakha farm of the Agricultural Research Station during the successive growth seasons 1983-84 and 1984-85 using a complete randomized blocks design with four replications in the first season and five ones in the second year. sugar. beet growth, yield, root size, sugar characteristics, uptake nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus, boron, manganese, iron and elemental concentrations were determined.
