Abstract The present work was undertaken to study variations among some isolates of species trichoderma harzianum, and t. viride from several points of view as follow:-a-Antagonistic ability against certain plant pathogenic fungi. b-Antibiosis activity. c-Growth at different temperature degrees. d-Growth at different PH levels. e-Growth on different plant extracts. f-Tolerance or sensitivity to certain fungicides and herbicides. g-Possibility of protecting certain fruits against botrytis rot disease. General summary including materials and methods, and the results obtained is as follow :- 1- Five and two isolates of T.harzianum ( Th1.2.3.4.5 and 6) and T.viride (Tv1 and2), respectively, obtained from different sources were used during the present work. Pathogenic fungal isolates used also herein were 6 isolates of rizoctonia solania, and one isolate of each sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Fusarium oxysporum, and botrytis cinerea. Isolates of R. solani included one isolate obtained from cantaloupe diseased seedlings, and 5 isolates. |
