المستخلص The purpose of this study is identifies by criteria that should be used in selecting or introducing reading topics to pupils of vocational preparatory schools . It also aims at determining to what extent these criteria are available in the reading topics and suggesting a proposal for the contents of the reading topics for the pupils of the vocational preparatory school in the light of the results of applying the criteria . This study yielded the following results : 1 – The percentage of the topics of the educational prerequisites in the Arabic books in the vocational preparatory schools is great weak , however , these topics remarkably are related to some of these prerequisites . ( from 12.66% to 33.33 % ) . 2 – There are 13 educational prerequisites were not represented , although they very important . So , the philosophy goals of these schools and the prerequisites of pupils growth were not achieved |
