Political consiousness for the elite take over the interest centre of social and political official . Also it take over a distinguished place in the field of political sociology . That is because it is one of the subjects that make political and social profession coming to gether . The political culture has mechanisms to earn and sources that included in socity and its orgaization , values , and beliefs so the political conciousness is the mechanism which formed the political individual and even the political culture of asociety . There fore the political systeme increased its interest . especially in the political world communities . about the political consiousness as the try to raise political consiouseness level for their public to join them with national aims by activating citizens politically and changing their personal interests , attittudes , directions into general attitudes motivating them in participatin in the puplic work and decreasing the percentage of political weakness among citizens by using the effects of modern medha of public . trying to define aconception of consiousness in general becomes acontinuous trial with human thought during its long history . we hardly found athinker without on attitude toward consiousness issue . Although this word is used a lot by political , researchers and comman people , its conceit still ambiguous as aresult of what has been said about it , with it , and against it . What has been said about it affected greatly by attitudes and ideology benefit The aims of the study : This study interested in the revelation of the political consiousness issue for the elite in the country side through the concern of political affairs and their information about political factions , factional practise and social , political participation and their role in developing Egyption village through the following aims : 1- Knowing to what extent the elite in Egyption village realize the political and social issues in asociety 2-Knowing the most important sources which formed the political consiousness for the elite in Egyption village . 3-Knowing the reality of political participation and it’s shapes for the elite in Egypation village . 4-Knowing the most important factor which prevent the elite to take care about political information and made them not sharing in life in society . - The following the most important results of the field study : - 1- It was abvieus throw the field study that ¾ of the sample specimen agreed that people like to talk in policy but that hate to proctice it . may be this opininon out of . the rural elite mistrusting in government and they feel that their opinions haven’t any effect in the political process which share in the political taridity , and thie’s no doubt that this requires some kind of democrocy inter any political work to make . the citizen feel that he’s effetine and important in socity thees he will becom an effection and activs participator . 2- The research showed that the political programmes is in ahead position for the most programmes entr. It’s due to some samples in some different villages such as Kafr Youssef . The highly stay listi way of learning and varity knowledge resources leas to that .
