The study of childhood and its attention is considered the most important foundations on which the progress of society and its development is measured. The interest in childhood is, in fact, interest in the future of the whole nation and prepare to face the cultural challenges posed by the inevitable development of the society, because it is known that children today is a teenager near future, and adult run tomorrow. Childhood is gaining special importance all stages of life as it is considered the initial stages of humanitarian profiling, and the beginning of the process of social normalization. The family was until recently - where life was simpler - occupied the first place and perhaps the only place in the socialization of their children and meet their different needs, including educational needs, but now with the complexity of lifestyles has, other means rather than the family are intervening in the socialization of the child and providing his multiple needs as a peer group, school and houses of worship as well as audiovisual media. On this basis, the core themes related to the study topic, were identified. These themes are how to determine the importance of each of basic needs and some dimensions of socialization process and what are the variables affecting in the socialization process and the provision of basic needs and dimensions and its main and sub dimensions. where it is clear that there is a set of variables assumed to be relevant to meeting the needs of rural children, some within the scope of family and others outside the family, but the effect of these variables in the socialization process and the provision of the basic needs of rural children, it is not recognized. Also noted that there was a large group of the problems and obstacles facing the process of providing those needs essential for rural children are not recognized as well. Therefore, the research problem of this study is to measure the extent of providing these basic needs in the Egyptian village and explore some of the determinant variables to them, as well as identify problems and obstacles of the socialization process and meet the needs of the children of the rural Egypt, and what are the suggestions that contribute to the rationalization of this content as well as the basic needs of children in the village, which is the aim of the current study. Study Objectives: This study aimed at achieving several objectives as follows: 1. Identifying the personal, psychological, and socio-economic characteristics of the study sample individuals. 2. Identifying the problems that face children’s needs and their suggested solutions in the study villages. 3. Identifying the relationship between family control standards on children and the importance of children’s basic needs in Meet EL-Akrad village. 4. Identifying the relationship between family control standards on children and the saturation degree of children’s basic needs in Meet EL-Akrad village. 5. Identifying the relationship between family control standards on children and the importance of children’s basic needs in Salamoon EL-Qomash village. 6. Identifying the relationship between family control standards on children and the saturation degree of children’s basic needs in Salamoon EL-Qomash village. To achieve the study objectives, some hypotheses driven from research problem were formulated. These hypotheses were based on theoretical background relevant to family control standards on different children needs.
