Abstract

This study investigated. Suggested supplementation of needs with date puree (wet or dry); Hayani and Soultany The two most widely and higher in nutritional value and supported by (mushrooms 10-15 %), (soybeans 10-15%), milk powder, peanuts, cocoa. The best nutritional value obtained with milk powder, cocoa, peanuts and soy beans (15%), conceding the nutrients (fats - protein - total sugars - fiber - iron and calcium - vitamin (a) and vitamin (c)). Also, evaluation of biological nutritional for the puree, the results showed an improvement in food intake, rat body weight, and food ratio efficiency carried out of food for supplemented such as compared with the control group. Also, result revealed the improvement of some weight organs (liver – kidney - heart). Analyzing in the serum of rats, showed the best nutritional value puree was supported by powder milk, peanuts, cocoa and soybeans (15%). Judging puree and baking biscuits, cakes, croissant and pastries by40 faculty members, some assistants and some administrators, in Faculty of Specific Education, and 40 children, the results showed a high significant trend to accept puree. If children eat 100 g of this puree in breakfast, they obtain from Hayani 1/ 4 of their needs and from Soultany 1/3of their needs of required energy. The nutritional status of the research conceding samples, which represented by 91 boys and 109 girls of respectively (45.5 & 54.0%). Some anthropometric measurements which were height and weight, Triceps Skin Fold thickness (TSF) and calculated body mass index (BMI), showed deficiencies in the nutritional status. The analysis of blood results showed a decrease in the hemoglobin. Calculated total energy intake for the children through a 24 hours record. Showed the average of energy for boys and girls were 55% -54.75%, respectively, when comparing with (RDA). The results showed boys and girls did not obtain their needed energy. Also, applied form to know some of the nutritional habits of children (questionnaire). The results showed the appearance some of wrong nutritional habits of the children.
