This study amis at achieving the following Identify the role played by some organizations in rural environmental upbringing, Identify the level of environmental awareness of rural respondents on natural resources, Determine the level of the environmental behavior of rural respondents on natural resources, Identify the relationship among independent variables for rural each of: (Environmental upbringing-Environmental awareness-Environmental Behavior),Identify the relative contribution of independent variables in the explanation of the overall variance in the environmental upbringring, the environmental awareness and environmental behavior, Determine the main impediments to good environmental behavior of rural people in dealing with natural resources from the point of view of the respondents, Identify suggestions for rural people to face the problems that cause a negative impact on the environmental behavior in natural resources. The main findings of study that the majority of rural respondents`s environmental behavior of conservation of natural resources is moderate (88%),and rural respondents`s environmental behavior of conservation of agricultural land is high (16.5%). the results indicated that most positive significant correlation at 0.01 level between the degree of opinion leadership and most negative significant correlation at 0.05 between the number of household members and the level of environmental behavior of the conservation of natural resources. indicate the results using step-wise multiple regression that opinion leadership is the most important determinant of environmental behavior to preserve the natural resources which contributes to adegree 12.7% in the interpretation the the overall variance of environmental behavior of the conservation of natural resources. It was sure is significant relationship between the environmental behavior of conservation of natural resources and each of social status at the level of (0.05) ,the profession level for the respondents at level of(0.01).The results indicated that the most important problems that impede good environmental behavior of rural people in the preservation of the environment is a set of problems concerning the laws and environmental legislation and the weighted average of 1.886, followed by a set of problems concerning environmental awareness and an average and the weighted average of 1.855.The results showed that the speed of completion of the sewage networks in the village is the most important proposals to overcome the problems facing the environmental behavior of good by repeating 85%, followed by raising the efficiency of governmental and non-governmental organizations in maintaining the rural environment by repeating 50%.
