The Problem of the study: - ”Monitoring the Frames of Treating crimes and accidents in Egyptian newspapers and Value system among university youth.” The aim of the study: - ”Knowing the nature of the relationship between the frames of treating crimes and accidents in Egyptian newspapers (under study) and Value System among university youth.” The hypotheses of the study: 1 – There is a significant relationship between the values acquired by the university youth (study sample) and reading the news of crimes and accidents in the newspapers of the study. The theoretical frame of the study: - The Study is based on the theory of ” Framing Analysis”. The Methodology of the study: - This study uses the survey media method in the sample, the correlation method, the comparative method. The Type of study: According to the Research of media, this study belongs to the analytical descriptive studies, but according to Media frame Research, This study is in the third category of analyzing the media frames studies. The study sample: - First: - analytical study sample: Pages specialized in crimes and accidents in the newspaper Al-Ahram as, the newspaper Al-Wafd, the newspaper Al-Nabaa Al-Watany, as well as Akhbar Al-Hawadis during the period from 1/1/2009 and till 31.12.2009 .. Secondly: - The sample of the human study: - 400 persons from university students will be selected from four Egyptian universities , namely: - 1 - Cairo University 2 - Kafr El-Sheikh University 3 - Delta University of Science and Technology 4 - Al-Azhar University Tools of the study: - 1 - Content analysis 2 - The questionnaire form The most important results of the study: - First: The analytical results of the study: 1 - The frame of conflict came first in the frames used in the news of crimes and accidents with a rate of 20.67%, followed by the frames of human concerns in the in second rank with a rate of 15.69%, 14 – There is a fully direct relationship between the values that are reflected in the newspaper treatment of the topics of crimes and accidents in the newspapers of the study and the values loved by youth to treat these issues.
