Abstract Randomly 225 marine shrimp samples (105 P. japonicus, 70 P. latisulcatus and 50 P. semisulcatus were collected from attaka fishing ports Suez -Bay, Suez city, Egypt . Some examined shrimp showed black spots necrosis and sloughing of body parts. A target organ for isolation was hepatopancreas, gills and external surfaces. Morphological and biochemical identification of bacterial isolates revealed V. alginolytcus V. parahaemolyticus and V. fluvialis. |
