Abstract
Our aim of this work is to define and discuss the problems and pitfails that arise during fracture treatment by different methods of internal fixation.Due to the variety of these methods, I will enumerate the methods afterwards will discuss the problem and complications of each way separately, the old as well as the new methods, proceeding to concentrate on the new methods by sheding the light on them with the problem~ and pitfails which associated with its usage.As I will enumerate those mistake~, problems and complications also I will mention the correct method that must be used to accomplish the best result and the means to avoid the pitfails and complications which could be avoided first by knowing them then tracing back the means that leads to it consequently avoiding them, and reaching the best method for internal fixation by different way with least percent of complications.
