Abstract
In the present work 45 adult male albino rats were used. They were divided into three main groups as follows treatment and served as Group I : included 10 rats kept without 1 histochemical structure control to study the normal histological and histochemical structure of the liver. Group I1 : included 10 rats subdivided into two subgroups Subgroup )1 : formed of 4 rats injected with single dose of saline Subgroup (2) : formed of 6 rats injected with saline twice weekly.
