Abstract

The most common endemic viruses in Egypt are members of s viridea family.
The Cytomegaloviruses affects more than 1/3 of Egyptian ation.
Therefor the relation between the positivity of hepatitis C test and endemicity of the last two members of herpes e family. Epstein Barr and Cytomegalovirus are studied.
This work was conducted on 63 Egyptian patients with nic liver diseases who were selected randomly from inpatient ical Department Menoufyla University Hospital and 17 normal ons as controls. All these patients has no history of hepatitisI All patients were subjected to:
ll history.
ull clinical examination.
ool and urine examination for bilharzial ova. ull blood picture.
