Abstract
Two-centres study was conducted on 68 patients, 26 patients had nrnary PTCA (15 patients had acute stent deployment), 37 patients had ytic therapy.
The current study compared two groups (first group is PTCA with and. PTCA alone), the second group received thrombolytic therapy K]), where we achieved TIMI flow of 2.42±0.95 in the first group and ._O.8 in the thrombolytic group, with mean hospital stay of 102±43 hours e first two groups, and 133.5±22 hours in the thrombolytic group.
The current study compatred 2 groups: Primary PTCA group show of 3.8% (one patient) versus 8.1% (3 patients) in the SK group poke of 0% versus 2.3% (one patient), heart failure 7.6% ( 2 patients) versus % (3 patients), inhospital mortality 3.8% (one patient) versus 5.4% and follow up mortality 3.8% (one patient) versus 2.7% (one .ent) with requirement of revascularization was 7.2% (2 patients) versus ‘0(20 patients) respectively.
