Abstract

The ordinary laparotomy needs large opening in the abdominal wall, gives rise to probably the greatest poetoporative problems of wound healing, long time of hospital stay. great physical stress for the patient and usually followed by post operative adhesions.
Since the middle of this century. this distructive attitude of laparotomy has been antagonized by tho growing Knowledge of human physiology and reinfinement of operative technique and using this modified open method of laparoscopic surgery seems to be safe. sj.mple. and of less complications. So the development of pelviscopic surgery has been the pacemaker in bringing about the change from a mainly organ rosecting gynaecological laparotomy to an orn preserving operative technique by “Minimal invasive surgery of laparoscopy Because the ovaries are very important and eeaontial organs in female, so the functional organ preservation of pelviscopic surgery play an essential ro1e of treatment as:— Ovariolysis
