Abstract
The Spermatozoon is The most Important comonent of Semen. Morphologically, The sperm is arelatively simple cell composed of ahead and flagellum which are enclosed within acont acontinuous plasma membrane the head of a human sperm cell is approximately 5.0 um long, 3.5 um wide, and 2.0 um thick, and contains the nucleus. The anterior two – thirds of the head are covered with the acrosome, a cap like structure
There ara three distinct regions of the sperm tail ; the mid piece , which contains the mitochondria resides closest to the head.
The second and third sections consists of the tapering principal piece (45 u long ) followed by the end piece.
