Abstract

Menopause is a natural process that happens to every women as she grows older and it is not a medical problem ,disease or illness case , still some women may have a hard time because of the changes in hormone levels during menopause .
The women going through induced menopause may have more several menopausal symptoms , and are usually treated with hormone therapy which had potential side effects this in medicine . But for the other side there is nutritional therapy in these stage that could stand side by side with medical therapy or without it . We know this therapy in foods which contain natural hormones ”Estrogens” called phytoestrogens faced hormone deffiency and menopause symptoms found in several ordinary foods as soya been and unordinary foods as date palm seeds .
This investigation was applicated on experimental rats, Sprague Dawley , female in menopauses age . They were bought from Giza – Hospital Institute for soreness and divided into five groups .
Every group contained four rats . control group , its diet was basal diet and two experimental group their diet were basal diet + different concentration of added substance ”Amhat date seeds” there are 5% and 10 % respectively .
But other experimental two groups fed on basal diet + different concentration of added substance ”riped Zaghlool date seeds” there are 5% and 10% respectively and these were supposed percentage , to measure the nutritional effect of date palm seeds.
At the finally of experiment which stayed month and half . Blood sample were obtained from rats eyes vein after taking Ether. Then they exposure to anatomic process to obtain organs for weighing and studying there are :
Pancreas uterus Whole brain Lung Liver Ovaries Spleen Bone Femurs Small intestine Heart Kidneys
