Abstract
The impact of T.C sign will be more valuable when the case of B.A enter the surgical interest to be a corectable disorder with aid of both biopsy examination ( as the reasonable method of diagnosis ) and intraoperative cholangiogram ( the final logic method ) .. that appeare in the exact time to separate the diagnosis of B.A from all other infantile cholestasis causes and also guide the surgeon in the correction according to the type of congenital B.A. The ultrasonographic examination - with T.C sign on top of them - as it is an easy , recordable , convenient sign – will be helpful to all the members of B.A management team .. with also its obvious prelevance in the study and could be taken in many cases as major compartement in the diagnosis .. but not always superior to biopsy specimen examination.
