Abstract
The aim of the study is to evaluate patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with systolic dysfunction and NYHA functional class III-IV for left ventricular dyssynchrony using tissue doppler imaging study and to compare the findings of two groups of wide and narrow QRS complexes patients. Figure 25 summaries the flow of the study.
