المستخلص
Egypt is suffering from the high percentage of the desert lands which is presented 96% of the total area of Egypt. Only two million people live in the desert while the rest of the population (60 million people), live on the bank of the River Nile in a narrow valley divides the desert. For this result of the population inside the present collections of presonels inside the Nile valley, we found out that the unregulated distribution, which are not within the control, regulation on the agriculture lands is in progressive increasing, the public studies pointed out that the agriculture lands and the cutting distance during the present period is in an increasing progression, for this clear result and for the protection of the agriculture lands, in progression of the building distances for the aim of decreasing the percentages of populations inside the Valley and Delta, and for the working of using the materials in the culture, which are available in the regulated Egyptian distrects which are not in an improving condition until now.
