المستخلص

This thesis methodology is based on research, exploration, analysis and conclusion. This was achieved through a comparison between theoretical and applied studies; in order to improve the architectural project quality during the executive stages.
A) Theoretical study: it consists of 3 chapters
Chapter 1: It includes 4 main aspects aiming to re-qualify the architect to cope with all the work responsibilities especially during the executive stages.
At the end of this chapter, some conclusions have been derived in order to emphasize the importance of the architectural role during the executive stages.
Chapter 2: It discusses the basic principals of architectural construction projects management. This was taken from different perspectives such as: the concept, the problems, the application obstacles, as well as the importance, goals, management levels and successful administration.
Chapter 3: It explains the steps followed in any architectural construction projects, starting from the first assumption and ending with the stages of work, evaluation and maintenance. It also concentrates on the executive stage, particularly its most important characteristics such as programs of planning, work communication and information exchange (meetings), follow up, supervision, safety and the main executive tools (manpower and materials).
B) Applied study:
Chapter 4: It is divided into 2 sections. Section one divided into 2 parts: The first represents the introductory stages and the second part, it discusses ways of analyzing the information and data. Section two divided into 3 parts. it highlights the weak points in field of architectural construction practices. A conclusion is attached to the end of this chapter including the information and data analysis, to make sure that the assumptions given in this thesis are true, e. h. the management works deficiency during the executive stage. This emphasized with real facts from which we can come up with new ideas to improve the performance quality in architectural construction projects.
C) The concluded study:
Chapter 5: It aims to suggest new ideas to improve the quality during executive stages in Egypt by: developing the method of architectural control through construction practices, try to control by risk management, following the role of value engineering especially when take a decision.
D) Finally:
The Thesis ends up with presenting the theoretical studies conclusions and the suggested recomendations in order to develop the methods of the architectural work and improve the executive quality in the architectural construction projects.
