A is one main problems facing medicine today as C.V.D , pulmonary diseases and malignancy . It is considered the main cause of death in first four decades in England , and third main cause of death all over the world In Egypt, R.T.A is the main cause of death and disability and 5th | cause of death and hospitalization . This study carried out on 100 patients divided into two equal groups ; group [(50 cases j, transported by surroundings . relatives or non trained personals from the scene to main hospital without way resuscitation applied , while group 11 ( 50 cases ) ; managed at the scene applying either B.L .S or dual response ( advanced life support +basic life support) before referring to the hospital .
