Abstract Humman obesity is a heterogeneous disorder that has long been associatedwith increased mortality and morbidity. Obesity is associated with an increased incidence of diabetes, hypertension, and coronary heart disease. The aim of the present work wasto assess the effect of obesity, and high fat diet feeding on the carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, and the body immine function, and to try to throw a light on the mechanism by which the complication of obesity could develop. |
