Abstract

Lead is one of the major hazards for human health due to its wide distribution in the environment, so lead is considered as a serious occupational disease in some industries. Acute and chronic exposure to inorganic lead may result in impairment of immune functions in exposed persons with depression of cellular and humoral immunity. The aim of the present study was to evalute some toxicology effect of lead on the immune system. The immune system was evaluated through. Total leucocytic count. Determination of immunoglobulins G and M.
