Drinking the drugs is one of the main problems
by which many impnrtant people pay a’L.;entionto specially
in the field of crime and the researohers of psyohology.
If this problem is relating to the development of man and
complioation of surrounded the people whioh increased the

suffering of man and his needs to escape from this.
As a result of this, the foregin studies as well
as·the Arabic studies tried to search t~s problem and its
aspects not all those who haa drugs are badely druged.
Fenkhel says that: If pez-so n in a certain situation had
drugy and does not have this d2’ug again in the same situation
one can not say that he 18 a druged person. This
means that the drugs effect Psyohological, physloaland
sooial aspects of’ man.
