-2- previous studies :
The researcher presented some previous studies related to the present research. These studies were divided into :
1-Studies related to teacher’s job satisfaction
2-Studies related to the teaching styles .
3-Studies related to teacher’s job satisfaction and
teaching styles Method and procedures :
1-The sample :
The sample of the study (No.=279) was divided into three groups (No.=93 each)according to the scores of the subjects
on the questionnaire of the teaching styles .There was a group for the official style , a group for the mixed style and a group for the non-official style . The subjects of the sample were selected from the scientific section (No.=115) as well as
the literary section (No.=164) Tools of the study :
1-Questionnaire of Job Satisfaction (by the researcher )
2-Questionnaire of Teaching Styles ( by Mahmood Awadalla)
procedures :
The researcher followed these procedures :
1- The researcher administered the two questionnaire on
job satisfaction and teaching styles to 345 teachers.
2- The scores were treated and the subjects were divided according to these scores into three groups (N=93 each).
Sixtysix subjects were excluded and the final number of
the sample was 279 .
3-Groups of the study were six as follows:
a)Teachers (literary) with official style.
b)Teachers (literary) with mixed style .
c)Teachers (literary) with non-official style .
d)Teachers (scientific) with official style
e)Teachers ( scientific) with mixed style .
f)Teachers (scientific) with non-official style Statistical techniques :
The researcher used the following statistical techniques :
1-Correlation co-efficients .
2-Analysis of Variance (Factorial design 3x2 Newman Keules Test . Results of the study :
The study resulted in the following :
1- There is a significant correlated relationship between the total of the questionnaire of job satisfaction and the total of the questionnaire of teaching styles at the level 0.31
2- ’where is a significant correlated relationship between some dimensions of job satisfaction and some dimensions of teaching style .

7- There are no significant mean differences in the scores
on job natural conditions as regards teaching styles , specialization and the interactionof the teaching style
with specialization .
4-There are significant mean differences in the scores on tenedncy towards teaching as a profession and the interaction of teaching style with specialization .
5-There are no significant mean differences in the scores on attitude towards specialization as regards teaching style , specialization and the interaction of teaching
style with specialization .
6-There are significant mean differences in the scores on the social and economical dimensions of the profession as regards teaching style , specialization and the interaction of teaching style with specialization .
7-There are significant mean differences in the scores on supervision and orientation as regards teaching style and specialization whereas these differences are not there as for the interaction between the teaching style and
specialization

8- There are significant mean differences in the scores on the dimension of social relationships in the job as regards teaching style in the specialization whereas there is a significant interaction between teaching style and specialization as for this dimension ,
9- There are no significant mean differences in the scores on
the dimension of scientific and professional promotion
as regards teaching sty’-, , specialization and thr,
interaction between teaching style and specialization .

ABSTRACT
Job satisfaction is an important matter for both individuals and societies . The satisfaction of the individuals with the field of specialization foretells about his work afterwards
and it makes him satisfied with his job . Hence , lob satisfaction correlates with satisfaction with life in general .
Teacher’s job satisfaction plays an undeniable part in the teaching process . Teacher who performs this job must be satisfied with it so as to be able to give his students whatever
they want but the dissatisfied teacher performs in a traditional way disregarding the effect on students and his relationship with them .
Teaching style of the teacher is also one of the important variables affecting the on-going of the teaching process . The teacher’s style That is based on emotional interaction affect t’ne progress of the studentin all emotional and mental aspects . Therefore , teacher’s job satisfaction and teaching style are considered as two of the variables which affect the input and the output of the teaching process . Statement of the problem :
The problem of the study is defined in the main following question :
- Is there a relationship between teacher’s job satisfaction and his adoption of a certain style of teaching ?
