المستخلص Introduction The abundance of the natural and material sources is not enough to do (act) the general development to the society unless we abundant the human power that has been prepared well to be the main factor in creating this devedlopment. Education, especially the university education, plays an important role in the life of nations through responding to these nations’ needs from the human powers that create the present and firm the future rules of development in these nations. Education is responsible for preserving and developing culture and this will not happen without improving the level of university graduates. Question Study: We can define the problem of the study in the following questions: • How can we put a suggestive imagination to the policy of university education in Egypt in regard of the opinions of university professors and leaders? And this main question can be divided into these sub-questions; 1-What are the stages of developing the policy of university education in Egypt and its relation with the general policy and development? 2- What is the condition of the university education in Egypt and its problems? 3- What are the important and recent trends in university education? ’-;” 1 4- What are the points of resemblances of the future policy of university education which go side by side with the modern social changes? Steps of tile study go as follow: • Theftrst step: It included the following, an introduction, the value (importance) of the study, the problem and the need to the study, the aims of the study, the limits of the study, the method of the study and its articles, the idioms of the study and the previous study. • The second step: The researcher had dealt at the developmental view of the ·university polices. • The third step: The researcher had dealt at the university education policies in Egypt. • Thefourth step: The researcher had dealt at some new trends in the university education. • The fifth step: The researcher had prepared the analytic and field articles study. ... ( 2 • The sixth step: The researcher had analysed the results of the analytic and field study. ’. • The seventh step: The researcher had put a suggestive imagination to develop: the university education policy in Egypt. The results of the study: This study has reached the following results, 1-The sample of the study has agreed that improving the policy of university education is necessary to develop and modernize all the elements of university education. 2- The university education in Egypt doesn’t keep pace with time changes and its out comings with the educational system. 3-It achieved business men’s partenership in making and forming the educational policy. 4- There is no correspondence between the outcomings of the educational process and work needs. 5- There is no fixed policy to the curriculums that can serve these curriculums. |
