Abstract
Osteoporosis the silent killer is the most prevalent metabolic bone disease which is haracterized by low bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue with a consequent increase in bone fragility and susceptibilty to fracture its incidence is particularly high inpostmenopausal women.
