Abstract
This study investigates the biosynthesis of proteins and amino acids in faba been plants especially during the development of seeds. The effect of ga on nitrogen fractions and amino acids is also investigated.a greenhouse experiment in nile mud is conducted in the plant nutrition section,soil and water research instiTute at giza in the season 1979-19780. Four samples of the different plant parts are taken at different periods during seed development for determining nitrogen fractions and the individual amino acids in addition to the fractionation of seed protein by s.d.s. Page.
