Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is the automatic train traaffic control by using microcomputer system.In the begging of this thessis, a genral study of accedents which may happen due to failure in the network or due to mistaks by the operator, was first considerd.The thesis then, describes realization of transfering the manual system to automatic one using the microcomputer.
The use of this microcomputer faciitates the train traffic control by giving visible and audible items to the train driver to follow the norminal speed, if the driver exceeds the limits, the system gives him visible signal to deccelerate, if he did not obey to this command the emergancy barke are used.
The use of microcomputer allows the change of data at any time either these changes are in the previously stored data or due to any danger and this chang helps to a great extent, the operator to control the area under his reponsibility.The use of microcomputer system helps in improving the traffic network by adding other possiblities which could not be added before using this proposed system.
