Abstract
In The Present Work, The Effect Of Some Fungicides On Two Soil Fungi I:E Sclerotium Cepivorum Berk ’The Pathogen Of Onion White Rot- And Urocystic Colchici (Schlecht)Robenh ’The Pathogen Of Onion Smut’ Are Studied. The Fungal Growth, Sclerotia And Spores Germination As Well As Amino Acids And Sugar Content Of Both Fungi Are Studied In The Treated Media And Phytotoxicity To Onion Plant Are Also Studied. Fungicidal Treatments Decrease Slightly The Dry Weight Of Onion Seedlings Remarkable Decrease Is Shown With 400 Ppm Of Both Benlate And Anti-Dione Treatments.
