Abstract
24 Pot And Petri Dish Experiments Are Performed To Investigate The Effect Of Sowing Depth, Kind Of Herbicides And Herbicide Placement And Concentration On Germination And Seedling Vigour Of Eight Weeds, Namely, Barnyard Grass(Echino Culoa Crus-Golli,Li Beauv.),Wild Oat(Avana Fatua,Li),Rye Grass(Lalium Temulartum,Lt),Nutsedge (Cyperus Rotundus Li),Puralane(Portulara Oleracea,Li),Wild Mustard(Brassica Kaber, Wealer, Sented Trefoil(Melilotus Indicus,Li),And Jew’s Mallow(Carchorus Alitorius L.).The Present Investigation Includes Two Experimental Parts; The First One Deals With The Effect Of Sowing Depth And Herbicide Placement On Weed Germination While The Second Part Is Concerned With The Effect Of Herbicides And Their Rates On Germination And Characteristics Of Weed Seedlings.
