Abstract
The study deals with the asymptotic normal approximation for the reliability of series systems to obtain the lower confidence bound of R ( to , ( ) in section ( 3.2 ) we improve the asympto-tic normal approximation. It also deals with the Chi-square so-proximations for the reliability of series systems and a now ap-proximation to the optimum lower confidence bound of the relia-bility derived for the series system, is given.
