Abstract
The present study is conducted to evaluate some important reproductive and productive traits of sheep raised under semi arid conditions and to investigate the effect of crossbreeding on these traits. The traits dealt with are oestrous cycle length, number of services per conception, conception rate, lambing rate, number of lambs weaned per ewe breed and number of kilograms weaned per ewe bred.
