Abstract
A studyof the visual acuity in 2.852 children was conducted in selected primary school in alexandria as well as 99 seen from blind and low vision school.
the objectives were 1. to find the causes of visual impairment in the primary school children and
2. to find out the feasibility of the early mangement of concomitant squint.
