Riviewing The literature, It Became Evident That, Most Of The Studies Were Performed On The prenatal De-Velopment Of Muscle Spindles . however, Thier Postnatal Development received Little attention, The Aim Of the Present Work was To Study , The Postnatal Development Of Muscle Spindles Of the calf Muscles In albino rat From birth To Adult Hood, postnatal Changes In the Intra-fusal Muscle Fibres Included , Thier Number, Diameter, As well As The Enzyamatic Activities Including The Tru-And Pseudocholinesterase, Succinic Dehydrogenase And Glycogen Content Compared To That Of The Extrafusal Muscle Fibres.
