Abstract

In conclusion, the results obtained in this study are clearly encouraging and the observed beneficial anti-ALzaheimer disease effects of both vitamin E and korean red ginseng is presumably attributed to thier antioxidant properties.
Also, results of present study and previous studies suggest that these drugs can constitute an adjunctive pharmacological groups to ameliorate and postpone the symptoms of AD. However, further experimental studies are required before their quite clinical trials.
Fainally, Further experiments are required to assess whether co-administration of the antioxidants with traditional drugs used in ALzheimer disease provide additive or synergistic neuroprotective effects.
