Abstract
The present study was conducted to detect the gingival condition and study the ultrastructural changes in the gingival tissues of chronic renal failure before and after haemodialyisis relationship to the gingival cndition atotal number of 20 subjects participated in this study they were divided into 2 groups .it consisted of 10 chronic renal failure patients they had not undergone haemodialysis they did not suffer from any other system disease or received antibiotics for at least 3 months prior the examination .
