Abstract
Atotal number of seventy five 75 women were selected for this study with an age ranging from 20-35 years they were divided into the following groups consisted of forty five 45 pregnant women having gingival inflammation and they were divided into three subgroups in first second and third trimester consisted of fifteen 15 non pregnant women with gingival inflammation consisted of fifteen 15 non ptegnant with clinically healthy gingival tissue .group 2and 3were considered as control groups.
