Abstract The problem of fetomaternal transfusion has been recently subjected to Jnany investigations. Host researches were concentrating upon whether fetomaternal transfusion occurred or not, disregarding the amount of fetal blood transfused into maternal circulation. The aim of this study was to detect if there IE any fetal to maternal bleeding during labourt again, if present, to assess the volume of this fetal to maternal blood, during spontaneous vaginal delivery and during some cases of abnormal deliveries. |
