Abstract

Filtering is a dismay pancreas after eradication of the pancreas and twelve of the most serious complications and may lead to death.
There are several frameworks to deal with the alarming process of eradication of the pancreas after Whipple including the failure to deliver and sufficiency by linking channel pancreas and left in the abdominal cavity and connected in different ways intestinal or stomach delivery.
Become the process of eradicating Whipple safer than ever before, especially in certain cases of tumors of the bottle about twelve benign and malignant, and the proportion of deaths in the hospital up to 20% in the past and is now less than 4%.
Objective of the research is to assess the different ways to deal with the alarming process of eradication of the pancreas after Whipple.
This study was made on 45 cases of these cases, 21 cases of cancer of the head of the pancreas, 16 cases of cancer lukewarm bottle, 5 cases of cancer of the lower part of the general bile duct, 3 cases of cancer, the second part of duodenum.
It was concluded that the delivery of alarming the pancreas to the stomach or intestine more secure channel bonding pancreas and left within the abdominal cavity without connecting the condition that the surgical team specialized in surgery, the pancreas, surgery status of specialist is equipped with carefully focused and give the patient the drug Alsandostaten for 5 days after surgery .
