Abstract
An Epileptogenic Focal , as observed in the E.E,G.,in the average case corresponds roughtly with the origin of the excassive discharges which initiate the clinical seizures, this accounts for the correlation between the interictal focue locatization and type of seizure. The present work is a trial to determine to what extent we can correlate the cinical locatization to the electrical one and to know different types of epileptogenic waves to detect as early as possible cases with focal brain pathology which might need surgical interfernce.
