Abstract
The appearance of external fistula throat is often in the first and second week after the total Extirpation of the larynx, and this research confirmed previous years 1972.1975 1983 and other research.
In most cases the fistula healed with conservative treatment throat during the first forty days after surgery. The differences were scientific research that is published on these complications after laryngectomy, differed in the rates recorded for the occurrence of this fistula throat these rates ranged between 2% and 66% of the total patients who joined the research and scientific papers.
The objective of Search:
Assess the incidence of fistula after external throat total eradication of the larynx in patients with cancer of the larynx and the factors affecting its composition as well as evaluating the different ways to treat fistula outer throat, whether surgical or conservatory in the form of use of antibiotics and improve the overall situation for the patient and fed .... And so on.
