Abstract
Twenty—six human subjects oF both sexes in the age group from FiFteen to twenty-Five yeers had vital pathological exposures were treated locally witFmixture oF van— cornycin end hyaluronidase enzyme. The cases were checked up periodically after one, three, six and nine months. The treated teeth were completely relieved from pain within two to Four hours. No pathological changes were detected radio— gr8phically; microscopically, calciFied tissues were detected in two oF three teeth, condensed collagen Fibs, dilated blood ves1s and microabscesses were Found as pulpal response to the capping agent. Necrosis oF the pulp was not detected in any case. All the teeth were clinically vital up to nine months.
